noir 是对 Prompt 要求最严的电影风格。它的味道其实只用几样东西，但每样都得写清楚：硬阴影、单一主光、空气里的一缕烟或雨、克制的动作、还有安静。出片不稳，几乎都是这几样里某一样写得糊了。下面 10 条每条只锁一个 noir 习惯：逆光门口、百叶帘条纹、雪茄火光、礼帽阴影，让模型每次只做一件事。
一句话总结： 按五层顺序写（镜头、单一光源、慢机位、两色调色、一个动作），单条控制在 5 到 8 秒。截至 2026 年 6 月，拍 noir 用 Veo 3.1（同步音效最强）、Kling 2.6（单条最长、东方年代夜景最对味）或 Runway Gen-4.5（光照物理和对比度最硬）。OpenAI 的 Sora 消费端 App 已于 2026 年 4 月 26 日关停，API 也将在 2026 年 9 月 24 日下线，已经不再是可靠的 noir 选项。

noir 成败全看对比度能不能保住、单一主光干不干净。Sora 关停之后，这三个是仍在运行的选择。

一个好视频 Prompt 通常包含什么
每条 noir Prompt 都按这五层写：
- 镜头：
anamorphic 35mm、50mm prime、85mm。Anamorphic 给的是 noir 那种横向拉长感。 - 光源状态：一个方向明确的硬光主光。例如
single bulb overhead、backlit from doorway、key from window blinds camera-left。不要写dramatic lighting。 - 机位运动：写名字而且慢，例如
static medium、slow dolly in、slow tilt up。noir 极少动。 - 颜色：

Q: 我写了”硬阴影”，怎么阴影还是软的？
A: 把光源也写明白。Single hard key from camera-left, no fill light, hard shadow edges 比单独写”硬阴影”管用得多。
Q: 不想拍纯黑白怎么保留 noir 感？
A: 用 desaturated palette with one warm tungsten key。保留 noir 的对比度，但还有一个暖色调子在锚定年代感。
Q: Sora 没了，noir 该选 Veo / Kling / Runway？

Q: 为什么近景脸总是糊？
A: 一半在阴影一半在光的脸正好踩在模型分辨力的边界。要么逆光做剪影，要么主光打满，不要让明暗交界线刚好穿过眼睛。
Q: noir 镜头最短能多短？
A: 5 秒就够一拍。超过 8 秒人脸会失稳，烟雾也会重复。
