容易踩的坑
- 没写材质词，皮肤变塑料感——一定加
natural pore detail、light freckles、subtle skin imperfections。 - 没写镜头，模型默认广角，脸会变形。
- 同一 Prompt 里灯光方向打架（
light from left和rim from left和key from right同时出现）。 - 背景比脸还亮，视线被背景拉走，眼睛失焦。
- 忘了写光比——不加
ratio 3:1模型会平均成全向死光，一眼 AI。

2026 年 6 月哪个 AI 模型最会做写实人像灯光？

什么是主辅光比，为什么这么重要？
它指主光（key）与补暗部的辅光（fill）之间的亮度差。3:1（主光侧比阴影侧大约亮三档）显得自然又显气色；8:1 偏戏剧；16:1 接近剪影式低调光。扩散模型默认接近 1:1 的均光，而这正是人像”一眼 AI”的根源，所以写清光比是回报最高的一步。
描述了灯光，AI 人像还是发平怎么办？
通常三个原因：写了方向却没写光比；用了”光线不错”这种软描述而不是具体灯位；或者模型把阴影柔化了。解决办法：加显式光比、写清光质修饰词（soft 1.5m softbox 还是 hard bare bulb），Midjourney 上把 --s 降到 50 并加 --style raw。
Midjourney 哪些参数最出写实灯光？
stylize 要压低。--s 50 到 --s 100 配 --style raw，能让皮肤像真照片而不是插画，也能保住你写的阴影线和光比。--s 超过 200 会把 Midjourney 那种平滑理想化的”味儿”加回来，把灯光压平。
这些 AI 人像图能商用吗？
取决于工具的授权和套餐，而不是 Prompt 本身。Midjourney 付费套餐给商用权；Flux 和谷歌的图像模型各有使用条款；发布前务必确认人脸与肖像权。建议查阅厂商当前条款，因为 2025-2026 年图像 AI 授权改过好几次。
