Prompt 结构公式

支柱架构 Prompt 一定要带这六个要素:

  • 角色:让 AI 扮演谁(小红书 KOC / TikTok 脚本写手 / 个人品牌策略师 / 社群运营)。
  • 上下文:平台、领域、受众画像、账号体量、语气——任何会改变效果的信息。
  • 目标:一个具体交付物——一个 hook、一句 caption、一支 60 秒脚本、10 条回复变体、一段 bio。
  • 限制:字数、禁用词、本地化语感、算法信号、tag 数量、语气规则。
  • 输出格式:编号选项、A/B 变体、可直接粘贴的块、JSON、或带标签的段落。

1. 从已有帖子里提取支柱

2. 支柱承诺一句话

For my pillar "{pillar name}", write a 1-sentence promise to the reader in the format: "If you follow me here, you will leave with {specific outcome} that {specific audience} needs to {specific goal}." No fluff, no "inspire". Output 5 candidate phrasings.

For each of my 4 pillars ({list}), write a 60-word persona of the ideal reader: their job, their current pain in this pillar, what they have already tried, why generic content fails them, what would make them save my post.

容易踩的坑

  • 挑了 7 个以上支柱——超过 5 个就不是系统,是标签清单。
  • 支柱名陌生人看不懂(“vibe”、“成长”)——读者无法对号入座。
  • 没有承诺——没承诺的受众只是数字,不是社群。
  • 90% 都在一根支柱上——观众看你这个”节目”就是一个调调,会走。
  • 把”跨平台”理解为复制粘贴——同一支柱,不同平台不同声音。
  • 从不复盘支柱——12-18 个月支柱就会过时。
  • 支柱跟你的赚钱方式不对齐——粉很热闹,漏斗很死。

优化技巧

  • 永远从”已经跑出来的帖”里推支柱,而不是从愿景。
  • 把支柱当产品 roadmap 来季度复盘:保留、迭代、退役。
  • 同时活跃的支柱限制在 3-5 个,其他放停车场。
  • 每个支柱给一个标志视觉(封面风格、开头句式),方便认出来。
  • 按支柱单独看 save rate——平均值会掩盖哪根支柱真在建信任。
