什么时候不建议这样写 Prompt
真没东西可量化(纯学术零项目)的不用;行业本身忌讳自报指标(学术 CV、部分临床岗位)的不用。
Prompt 结构公式
量化类 Prompt 一定要带这六个要素:
- 角色:让 AI 扮演谁(recruiter、HR、职业教练、同级面试官)。
- 上下文:目标岗位、行业、级别、地区、你的背景、你在回应的 JD 或邮件。
- 目标:一个具体可交付物——改写后的 bullet、关键词排序、STAR 答案、follow-up 邮件。
- 限制:AI 不能做什么(别编造指标、别改事实、别堆我答不出的术语)。
- 输出格式:编号清单、markdown 表格、并排对比、带打分的排序。
- 示例 / 信号:1-2 段你自己的真实语气,或一份”好输出”参考。

容易踩的坑
- 编整数(“提升 50%”)——recruiter 一眼看穿。
- 每条都量化——100% 密度看着像注水;60-70% 最合适。
- 一条 bullet 堆好几个数字——挑最强的那个,其它定性提一句。
- 没分母——“engagement 提升 30%“,相对什么、什么时间段?
- 用虚荣指标(曝光、注册)而岗位看重留存或收入。
- 量化没 scope 上下文——“节省 100 小时”得搭配团队规模才有意义。
- 投递前没做可辩护性测试——面试官一定会追问。
优化技巧
- 简历上每个数字,私下写一段 30 秒答辩。答辩不通就软化。
- 宁可写”approximately N”+ 真实出处,也别写一个证不出来的精确数。
- 涉密时用 scope 暗示(“dozens of users”、“7-figure revenue line”)。
- 节省时间类 bullet:单次节省 × 频次,才有说服力。
- 区间(“12-18%“)往往比假精确数字(“15.4%“)更好。
- 量化 + 级别动词搭配:“led” + 数字比单独任何一个都强。
- 每 6 个月重新量化一遍——新数据进来,旧 bullet 才不会过期。
FAQ
- 真的没指标怎么办?: 用 scope 暗示(团队规模、产品线、客户数)+ 代理指标(PR 数、上线频率、页面浏览量)——这些也是诚实量化。
- recruiter 能接受 “approximately” 吗?: 远比假精度容易接受。“approximately 30%” 看着诚实;“30.0%” 看着可疑。
- 每条 bullet 都得有数字吗?: 不必。60-70% 最合适。100% 注水,低于 50% 空。
- 公司说数据涉密怎么办?: 用 scope 暗示、不带绝对分母的百分比、定性量级表述。绝不要瞎编。
- AI 能帮我估数字吗?: AI 可以帮你搭框架(节省时间公式、scope 暗示),但底层数据必须你自己来。别让 AI 编。
- 主观影响(士气、文化)怎么写?: 在定量锚之后定性提一句。“上线时间砍掉 40%,团队 retro 里把它列为本季度最大士气提升”这种写法可以。
